2015年05月28日公司正式在深交所主板A股上市，簡(jiǎn)稱：天際股份，股票代碼為：002759。
2016年公司提前進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)布局，全資子公司新泰材料主要從事六氟磷酸鋰、氟鋁酸鈉、氟化鹽系列產(chǎn)品（氟硼酸鉀、氟鈦酸鉀、氟鋯酸鉀）、鹽酸、氯化鈣、氯化鈉的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和銷售。其中六氟磷酸鋰是鋰電池的重要原材料。
2021年公司通過(guò)合作投資的方式建設(shè)年產(chǎn)能 10000 噸的六氟磷酸鋰擴(kuò)產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目。
2022年公司積極籌建規(guī)劃年產(chǎn)30000噸六氟磷酸鋰及其他重要化工產(chǎn)品，將為公司未來(lái)發(fā)展打開(kāi)新的空間。
天際股份新能源業(yè)務(wù)板塊聚焦新能源電池新材料業(yè)務(wù)。獲得國(guó)家高新技術(shù)企業(yè)稱號(hào)，是動(dòng)力電池、儲(chǔ)能電池、3C電池電解液的核心材料。
目前公司6F產(chǎn)能8160噸，4款添加劑產(chǎn)品約2000噸。2022年上半年投產(chǎn)的在建6F項(xiàng)目1萬(wàn)噸，預(yù)計(jì)2023年投產(chǎn)6F 3萬(wàn)噸。

Xintai materials, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is mainly engaged in the R & D, production and sales of lithium hexafluorophosphate, sodium fluoroaluminate, fluoride salt series products (potassium fluoroborate, potassium fluorotitanate, potassium fluorozirconate), hydrochloric acid, calcium chloride and sodium chloride. Lithium hexafluorophosphate is an important raw material for lithium batteries.
In 2021, the company will build an expansion project of lithium hexafluorophosphate with an annual capacity of 10000 tons through cooperative investment.
In 2022, the company actively plans to produce 30000 tons of lithium hexafluorophosphate and other important chemical products, which will open a new space for the future development of the company.
